Watch the video to learn why early language and reading skills are so important. Dr. Titzer will present tips on activities to do with your child based on scientific principles of early language development. This talk is available to the public online for the first time so parents everywhere may learn about scientific principles that enhance language learning.
Dr. Titzer has been presenting versions of this talk at events worldwide including Early Ed Asia 2019 in Jaipur, India, the International Conference on Early Childhood Education in Istanbul, and at baby shows in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Toronto, London, Birmingham, Berlin, Frankfurt, and Hamburg.
First Dr. Titzer provides evidence showing several important long-term benefits of early language learning, then he explains scientific principles that have been shown to enhance language learning. Each of the principles helps infants learn language skills. If you apply these principles while talking to your babies and toddlers, then you can help their language abilities.
